New pill aims to fight daytime sleepiness in narcolepsy

Summary

This study tests a new medication, ALKS 2680, to see if it can reduce daytime sleepiness in adults with narcolepsy type 2. About 176 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure how well they can stay awake during the day after 12 weeks of treatment.
