New pill aims to fight daytime sleepiness in narcolepsy

Summary

This study tests a new medication called ALKS 2680 to see if it can reduce daytime sleepiness and other symptoms in adults with narcolepsy type 2. About 176 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo pill. The main goal is to measure how well they can stay awake during the day after 12 weeks of treatment.
