NCT ID NCT07502443
Summary
This study is testing whether a new tablet called ALKS 2680 can help reduce excessive daytime sleepiness and other symptoms in adults with narcolepsy type 2. About 176 participants will take either the real medication or a placebo (sugar pill) for 12 weeks to see which works better. The main goal is to see if the drug helps people stay awake longer during the day and improves their overall symptoms.
