NCT ID NCT07455383

Summary

This study is testing whether a new tablet called ALKS 2680 can help adults with narcolepsy type 1 stay awake during the day and reduce sudden muscle weakness (cataplexy). About 150 participants will take either the real drug or a placebo pill for 12 weeks to see which works better. The goal is to control the main symptoms of this chronic sleep disorder.
