Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (alisertib plus paclitaxel) in people with small cell lung cancer who have already tried other treatments. The main goal is to find safe doses and see what side effects occur. About 50 adults will take alisertib pills and receive paclitaxel infusions in 21-day cycles, with doses increasing in later groups.
