Summary
This study is a registry that will observe 1,500 Italian adults already taking alirocumab 300 mg for high cholesterol. Researchers want to see how consistently patients take the medication, how long they stay on it, and how much their LDL (bad) cholesterol drops. It also tracks side effects. This is an observational study, not a test of a new treatment, so it will provide real-world insights rather than a cure.
