Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of methylphenidate (Ritalin) changes how the brain responds to alcohol-related images in young adults aged 18-25 with alcohol use disorder. Participants will have brain scans and complete tasks after taking either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to understand how attention and craving are linked, not to test a treatment.
