Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of methylphenidate (Ritalin) changes how the brain responds to pictures of alcohol in young adults aged 18-25 with alcohol use disorder. Participants will have brain scans and complete tasks to measure attention and cravings. The goal is to understand the brain mechanisms behind alcohol cravings, not to test a treatment.
