Summary

This study tests whether offering specialized alcohol treatment right in the liver clinic helps people newly diagnosed with alcohol-related liver disease stop drinking. About 221 adults will be randomly assigned to either get the alcohol treatment offer or standard care. The main goal is to see if more patients are alcohol-free after 6 months.
