First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested a program to help young adults (ages 18-25) who drink heavily to drink more moderately. The program combined brief counseling, education, and three mobile technologies to track and limit alcohol intake. Twenty-four participants used the tools for about a month, and researchers measured how often they used the technology and how acceptable it was. This was an early-stage study to gather feedback and refine the approach.
