Summary
This study tested a program that combines short counseling sessions with mobile apps to help young adults aged 18-25 drink less alcohol. 24 participants who were heavy drinkers used the tools for about a month. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and acceptable, not to cure or treat a disease.
