Summary
This study tested whether using electronic health records and extra staff support helps more people with alcohol use disorder get the care they need. Researchers looked at 134 patients whose doctors were randomly assigned to get this support or not. The goal was to see if more patients started and stayed in treatment within a few weeks of diagnosis.
