Summary
This study is testing whether giving albumin (a natural blood protein) to liver transplant patients can help prevent kidney damage after surgery. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving enough albumin to maintain normal blood levels for five days, and another receiving minimal albumin. The main goal is to see if the higher albumin approach reduces kidney injury one week after transplant and improves overall recovery.
