Can a common protein save kidneys after major surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether giving patients extra albumin, a protein made by the liver, for five days after a liver transplant can help prevent kidney injury. It will compare a group that gets enough albumin to keep their blood levels high with a group that gets less. The goal is to see if this simple treatment reduces serious complications and helps patients recover better.
