This study compares how well ChatGPT-5 and anesthesiologists classify surgical patients' health status before surgery. Researchers will check if the AI agrees with doctors' risk scores and whether it could help standardize assessments. About 703 adults scheduled for elective surgery will have their anonymous medical data analyzed by both humans and AI.
