Summary
This study is testing a new AI tool that gives doctors real-time information during labor. It will compare outcomes for 400 first-time mothers, with half having their care guided by the AI dashboard and half receiving standard care. The main goal is to see if using the AI is at least as good as standard care at preventing unplanned C-sections, while also checking for effects on other health outcomes for mothers and babies.
