Summary

This study tests an AI tool that looks at routine chest X-rays and medical records to find people at high risk for lung cancer. The AI alerts their doctor to discuss screening CT scans. The goal is to see if this alert increases the number of high-risk patients who get screened. About 1,500 adults aged 50-77 who smoke or used to smoke are taking part.
