AI steps in to help doctors spot brain emergencies faster
NCT ID NCT06018545
Summary
This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool could help doctors, radiographers, and emergency clinicians read CT scans of the head more accurately and quickly. Thirty-three medical professionals reviewed 150 scans, some with and some without the AI's help. The goal was to see if the tool improved their speed, accuracy, and confidence in spotting problems like bleeding or stroke.
