Summary
This study is testing whether an AI-powered smartphone app can help people with knee osteoarthritis manage their pain as effectively as seeing a physiotherapist in person. Researchers will compare three groups: one using only the app, one having only in-person sessions, and one using both. The goal is to see if the app can provide convenient, guided exercise therapy at home while reducing costs.
