Hormone therapy pause tested for rare uterine cancer

Summary
This study looks at whether women with a slow-growing uterine cancer called low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LGESS) can safely stop taking hormone-blocking pills (aromatase inhibitors) after long-term use. About 40 women whose cancer has spread or is at high risk will be randomly assigned to either stop or continue their medication. The goal is to see if stopping leads to the same cancer control as continuing, which could reduce side effects and improve quality of life.
