Hormone therapy pause or persist? new trial for rare uterine cancer

Summary
This study looks at whether it is safe to stop taking aromatase inhibitors (a type of hormone therapy) in people with a rare, slow-growing uterine cancer called low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma that has spread. About 40 adults who have been on this treatment for at least 2-3 years will be randomly assigned to either continue or stop their medication. The goal is to see if stopping leads to a longer time without the cancer getting worse.
