Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered smartphone app and wristband can help adults with coronary heart disease exercise safely at home after hospital discharge. Two hundred low-risk patients will either use the AI platform or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the AI group improves their exercise capacity and daily activity more, while keeping risks low.
