Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) smartphone app can help adults with coronary heart disease exercise safely at home after hospital discharge. About 200 low-risk patients will either use the AI platform with a wristband or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the AI tool improves exercise capacity, daily activity, and heart health without increasing risks.
