Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called DIACOACH, which uses artificial intelligence to give personalized health coaching, can help people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar. About 206 adults in Indonesia will either use the app for 12 weeks or receive standard diabetes education. The main goal is to see if the app leads to better blood sugar control and healthier habits.
