First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is testing whether an AI-assisted eye screening program at community health centers can help detect glaucoma and other eye conditions early. About 1,800 adults at higher risk for eye disease will receive a quick screening using AI tools. Researchers will compare detection rates, follow-up visits, costs, and patient and doctor satisfaction to standard care.
