Summary
This study is testing a new AI program designed to help nursing home staff and families communicate better. Researchers will develop the AI using real conversations and then test it with 210 residents, families, and staff over 6 months. The goal is to see if the AI improves mental health, daily living skills, and social support for everyone involved.
