Summary
This study is developing and testing an AI program called AIFIGA to help families and nursing home staff communicate better. Researchers will first gather input from families and staff to build the AI, then test it with 210 residents, families, and staff over 6 months. The goal is to see if the AI improves mental health, daily living skills, and social support for everyone involved.
