AI vs. radiologists: the battle to spot lung problems first
NCT ID NCT06597968
Summary
This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) software can help radiologists detect lung nodules on chest X-rays. The AI acts as a 'second reader' alongside radiologists, flagging potential nodules for review. Researchers will compare how often the AI and radiologists agree, and whether the AI helps catch more nodules that need follow-up CT scans.
