Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can help doctors in rural and remote Australia use heart ultrasound (echocardiography) to diagnose heart failure and valve disease. About 612 adults over 45 with exercise problems or heart risk factors will take part. The goal is to see if AI can make heart imaging more accessible and accurate in areas where expert technicians are scarce.
