Summary

This study tests whether artificial intelligence can help doctors use heart ultrasound (echocardiography) to diagnose heart failure and valve disease in rural and remote Australia. About 612 adults over 45 with exercise problems or heart risks will take part. The goal is to see if AI can make heart imaging more accessible and accurate in areas with limited expert staff.
