Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence (AI) can analyze routine electrocardiograms (ECGs) to detect hidden heart problems like weak heart muscle, valve issues, and high lung pressure. Researchers will collect ECGs from 590 adults without prior heart disease diagnosis, using both standard machines and portable devices like smartwatches. The AI results are for research only and won't affect patient care, but the goal is to see if this low-cost, non-invasive approach can enable earlier detection and better health assessments.
