AI sleep coach for young insomniacs shows promise in new study

Summary
This study tests whether an app that teaches healthy sleep habits, plus an AI chatbot, can help young people aged 18 to 25 with insomnia sleep better. About 168 participants will use either the app with the chatbot or the app alone. The goal is to see if the chatbot makes the sleep program more effective.
