Summary

This study tests a smartphone app that uses an AI chatbot to deliver cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) to young people aged 18-25. The goal is to see if the chatbot makes the therapy more effective at reducing insomnia symptoms compared to the app alone. 168 participants with moderate to severe insomnia will be randomly assigned to one of two groups and tracked for sleep improvements.
