Summary

This study tested a conversational AI chatbot to help pregnant people get connected to the right care early in pregnancy, before regular prenatal visits start. The goal was to see if the chatbot could help people get care faster and safely reduce unnecessary trips to the emergency room for pregnancy concerns. It involved 350 pregnant people seeking care at a specific hospital.
