Summary
This study tested a conversational AI tool to help people in early pregnancy get connected to the right care more quickly. It aimed to guide 350 participants to appropriate services and reduce unnecessary visits to the emergency room. The main goal was to see if the AI could help people start pregnancy-related care sooner.
