Summary

This study is testing whether adding an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot to a smartphone-based therapy app makes it more effective at reducing insomnia symptoms in young adults. It will compare the app with the chatbot to the same app without the chatbot. The goal is to see if the AI feature helps improve sleep for people aged 18 to 25 who have trouble sleeping.
