Summary

This study is testing whether adding an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot to a smartphone-based therapy app makes it more effective at reducing insomnia in young adults. Researchers are comparing the AI-enhanced app to a standard version of the same therapy app. The goal is to see if the AI chatbot helps improve sleep symptoms, mood, and daily functioning for participants aged 18 to 25.
