First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests an artificial intelligence (AI) software called Aorta AIM that automatically measures the aorta from CT scans. Researchers want to see if the AI is as accurate as expert doctors. About 250 adults who already had a chest or abdominal CT scan will participate, using only their existing images. The goal is to help doctors monitor aortic disease more consistently and efficiently.
