AI steps in to spot brain tumors, could reduce risky biopsies
NCT ID NCT07198256
Summary
This study aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) system to help doctors more accurately diagnose common malignant brain tumors from MRI scans. It will use images and confirmed diagnoses from 3,000 adults with brain tumors to train and test the AI. The goal is to create a tool that improves non-invasive diagnosis, potentially reducing the need for surgical biopsies.
