NCT ID NCT06492486
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver radiation for brain tumors called adaptive radiotherapy, guided by artificial intelligence. About 60 adults with diffuse glioma will get MRI and PET scans during treatment so the radiation dose can be adjusted to target resistant areas and protect healthy tissue. The goal is to improve tumor control and reduce side effects, while building an AI system to make treatment planning faster and more precise.
