Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called AHB-137 in 60 adults with chronic hepatitis B who have already been treated with standard antiviral pills. The goal is to see if the injection can clear the hepatitis B surface antigen and keep the virus undetectable after stopping all hepatitis B medications. Participants will be monitored for safety and how well the treatment works.
