Summary

This study tests an experimental injection called AHB-137 in 60 adults with chronic hepatitis B who have already been treated with standard antiviral pills. The goal is to see if the injection can keep the virus undetectable in the blood even after stopping all hepatitis B medications. Participants will receive the injection and be monitored for safety and how well the virus is controlled.
