New drug ADX-038 aims to control PNH symptoms in early trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ADX-038, first in healthy volunteers to check safety and dosing, then in people with PNH who still have anemia despite current treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how it works in the body. About 50 participants will take part.
