Summary
This study looks at how homocysteine (a natural substance in the blood) and blood vessel function relate to kidney disease severity in people with early-stage Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Researchers will follow 80 participants aged 15-40 to see if these markers can predict how quickly kidney function declines. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve future monitoring.
