NCT ID NCT07217158
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study is for people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a genetic condition that causes cysts to grow in the kidneys. Researchers want to see if certain markers in the blood and urine can help predict how fast the disease will get worse. About 100 people aged 15 to 70 with mild to moderate kidney function will give samples and have MRI scans over time. No new treatments are being tested—this is an observation-only study to improve future care.
