Summary
This study is for people with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Researchers want to see if certain markers in the blood and urine can predict how fast the disease gets worse. About 100 people aged 15 to 70 will give samples and have MRI scans over time. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is to better understand the disease.
