Summary
This study tests whether bexagliflozin, a drug used for diabetes, can reduce the severity of sleep apnea in overweight or obese adults. About 164 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 months while continuing routine care. The goal is to see if the drug improves breathing during sleep and reduces related health risks.
