Summary

This study tests if bexagliflozin, a diabetes drug, can reduce the severity of sleep apnea in overweight or obese adults with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. Over 6 months, participants take either the drug or a placebo and undergo sleep tests and body scans to measure changes. The goal is to see if the drug improves breathing during sleep and reduces related health risks.
