First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested a new type of training called ADIE Therapy for breast cancer survivors who still feel anxious after treatment. The training helps people notice and understand signals from their own body, like heartbeat, to reduce anxiety. 21 survivors took part to see if the training was acceptable and easy to use. The goal was not to cure cancer, but to help ease ongoing anxiety.
