First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested a new type of therapy called ADIE Therapy for breast cancer survivors who still feel anxious after finishing treatment. The therapy teaches people to better notice and understand signals from their own body, like heartbeat, to help reduce anxiety. 21 survivors took part to see if the therapy was acceptable and easy to use. This was a small, early-stage study to check if the approach is worth testing in larger trials.
