First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a personalized radiation approach for people with advanced HPV-related throat cancer that is at high risk of coming back. About 19 participants will receive radiation boosted to the exact tumor shape using special scans, aiming to keep the cancer under control while reducing severe side effects like swallowing problems and mouth pain. The goal is to see if this tailored method is safe and effective compared to standard treatment.
